BigMop will do its best to solve your questions or concerns.

2. Why is there a hold on my Credit Card?

BigMopHomes is required to authorize but NOT charge your credit card to help prevent fraud and identity theft. This hold is generally 24 to 72 hours and it will show as only authorized but not charged. The credit card issuer is the party responsible for the time frame on the hold. They require BigMopHomes to compare information input on the website with that of the credit card issuer. If information does not match, we are not allowed to accept you as a member. This helps reduce credit card fraud and protects your privacy.

BigMopHomes.com uses proprietary database and security software to prevent any theft of personal data.
