Jonathan "MopMan" Williams
Mr. Williams has extensive experience in start-up and day-to-day
operations of small to medium size corporations. Previously, Jonathan was
a Founder and COO for Klozer.com, Inc. where he oversaw the company's
Sales and Marketing efforts. Prior to that, Jonathan was the Founder,
CEO and Chairman of the Board for Environmental Services, Inc., the
largest cleaning service provider in Snohomish County, Washington. Mr.
Williams is a member of the Advisory Board for Limestone Ventures, and
a Board Member for the Await & Find non-profit organization. He is an
active member of IFMA (International Facility Management Association),
and the Fremont @Home Users Group. Jonathan has been featured in
national speaking engagements on Technology in the Facility
Management Industry.
Kimberly A. Paternoster
Kim has over 12 years experience as an engineer, manager and executive in the
consumer shrinkwrap software and Internet industries. Most recently, she was the
Founder and President of Wicked Code, Inc., a web development firm
specializing in small business web site. Prior to that, she
founded BidManiac.com, Inc., an online auction-related portal that was sold to
GotoAuctions. Previously, she gained extensive experience with startup
businesses including Insight Development Corporation, Storm Technology, nFX
Corporation and Banner Blue Software (Broderbund). Ms. Paternoster has a
patent-pending for "Capturing, Annotating and Transmitting Images of Internet
Web Pages." She is an active member of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs. Ms.
Paternoster earned her B.S. in Computer Science and Math from Framingham State
College and a B.F.A. from Boston Conservatory of Music.
Ken Galo
Ken has been in the cleaning industry since 1977, managing cleaning services in
high-rise office towers in Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Charlotte. Previously, he was
the divisional Vice President for a $13 million company in Green Bay, where he helped
vault the annual revenues to $19 million leading to a corporate acquisition.
Currently, Ken operates a small facility service firm with his wife and has created
an online E-Zine, CleanPeers
to educate the cleaning industry.

Milo Medin - Founder, CTO and VP of Engineering of Excite@Home
Mr. Medin oversaw the development of Excite@Home's high-speed backbone.
Prior to joining Excite@Home, Medin served as project manager at NASA
Ames Research Center. During his tenure, he directed the NASA National
Research and Education Network project that, in combination with partners
at the Lawrence Livermore National Lab, deployed a high-speed national
ATM infrastructure connecting major supercomputing and data archiving
centers. He also supervised the primary west coast Internet interconnect
network. In addition, he pioneered the global NASA Science Internet project,
providing network infrastructure for science at more than 200 sites in
16 countries and 5 continents, including Antarctica, and initially
helped establish the TCP/IP protocol as an industry standard.
Medin has a BS in Computer Science from the University of California at
Berkeley.
Scot Wingo - Founder and CEO, GoToTM Auctions
With more than seven years of building successful startup companies,
Scot's entrepreneurial spirit first took root at Bristol Technology
Inc., where he helped the company grow from three to 50 people. After
Bristol, Scot co-founded Stingray Software, which was acquired by
Rogue Wave Software (NASDAQ: RWAV) for $21 million. Scot holds a
Masters in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University
and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the
University of South Carolina.
Joe Williams - Founder and President, JLWPartners
Mr. Williams is a Principal in JLWPartners, a firm providing
Project Management Consulting and Contract Services, and holds a Project Management Professional
certification from the Project Management Institute. Previously, he was the
Senior Vice President of Project Management at Inovant, a division of Visa International. Prior
to Visa, he was Vice President of SABRE Application Architecture for
The SABRE Group in Fort Worth, Texas, with a staff of 85 Architects
and Business Consultants, responsible for internal SABRE application
architecture. As Managing Director of the Project Consulting/Risk
Assessment organization (an internal Project Management quality
group), he was a member of the SABRE Executive Committee, reporting
directly to the CEO of SABRE and the CEO of AMR. Mr. Williams has
32 years experience in Airlines and Banking real-time, high volume
transaction processing systems development and management. His software
experience includes development of applications, operating systems, and
large worldwide networks for Western Airlines, United Airlines,
American Airlines, and Canadian Airlines, on a wide range of
technology platforms. Mr. Williams was one of a small group of designers and developers of
the original Federal Express Package Tracking System (COSMOS), and the Bank
of America Eagle transaction switching system. He earned his B.A.
in Management Information Systems from Dallas Baptist University.
