If you order by 2pm on any business day (M-F), all in-stock orders are shipped within 2 business days.

Items that are back-ordered may take longer to ship. If you have a concern about a particular item in your order, please contact orders@BigMopHomes.com for more information.

Shipping costs are $8.95 for all orders up to $200.00. Shipping is free for orders over $200.00.

If you would like to return an item, please contact BigMop Homes Customer Service at support@BigMopHomes.com to receive instructions and your authorization code. Products will not be accepted for exchange or return without an authorization code.

We will accept your return provided it is less than 3 weeks from the date that you received your item(s). Items must be returned unused and in all original packaging.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service department at support@BigMopHomes.com WITHIN ONE HOUR of placing your order.

We do not guarantee that your order can be cancelled, even when cancelled under an hour.

If your order arrives damaged, notify our Customer Service department immediately. If the item is damaged beyond repair, refuse delivery of the item, and notify BigMop Homes Customer Service immediately.
